Half way through the residency already and I think Half way through the residency already and I think I finally found my groove. This landscape offers endless inspiration, sometimes it’s hard to get going just because I must pick one spot, but there’s a painting around every corner! It was a pleasure to see the artwork and meet some of the artists in the “Made with love” group exhibition as well as the Unearthed finalist exhibition. A wonderful creative community to be a part of. 💛 The exhibition is open everyday until March 21st. Rocks and Seaspray 🌿🌊 This painting was born Rocks and Seaspray 🌿🌊 This painting was born from a misty October hike around the back beaches of the Mornington Peninsula. The air was cool, the sea restless, and the landscape softened by salt spray. I took a quick photo, but it’s the memory of that moment that stayed with me and found its way onto the canvas. This painting is part of the upcoming “Made with Love” group show at @arttoart_ .
