These are my landscape-based studies, impressions of colour relationships, shapes, perspective, and movement. Some are painted on location, en plein air, while others are more about testing ideas and working out colour schemes. It’s less about creating a finished piece and more about capturing a moment of connection, something I can carry back into the studio to develop further.
